The Founder
Anupam Mahajan
Principal Architect & Founder
Ar. Anupam Mahajan is a graduate of Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar, with over 20 years of experience in architecture and interior design. She founded Hybrid Space Design in Hyderabad in 2015, bringing with her a philosophy shaped by two decades of practice across residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
Anupam doesn't just design spaces — she designs moods, memories, and magic. Quirky ideas, bold forms, and a relentless eye for detail define her journey of reimagining the built environment. Her landmark commercial project, the T-HUB Incubation Centre in Hyderabad, drew appreciation from Shri Ratan Tata and Shri KT Rama Rao at its inauguration.
Under her leadership, HSD has grown into a 30+ member studio delivering 75+ projects across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Nizamabad, Bidar, and internationally in California, USA. The firm holds a Silver A+ Rating as a Design & Execution Firm nationwide and has been published in leading national architecture and design magazines.
